The Role

As an Enterprise Account Director, you’ll take ownership of a portfolio of enterprise clients, focusing on strategic account growth, commercial performance, and long-term customer value. This is a senior, customer-facing role where you’ll work closely with internal technical and delivery teams to drive outcomes across a broad technology stack.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and grow enterprise accounts, identifying white space and cross-sell opportunities across multiple technology pillars
  • Build and execute structured account plans, IT roadmaps and risk registers aligned to customer objectives
  • Lead and deliver high-quality QBRs covering service performance, risks, roadmap progress and commercial opportunities
  • Act as the central point of contact between customers and internal teams (Sales, Pre-Sales, Projects, Operations)
  • Maintain strong CRM hygiene to support forecasting, pipeline management and reporting
  • Lead commercial negotiations including renewals, upsell and contract changes
  • Support onboarding and project delivery, ensuring a smooth and consistent customer experience

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in IT, technology, managed services or MSP environments, ideally selling to enterprise or upper mid-market customers
  • Strong commercial mindset with the ability to identify, shape and close complex opportunities
  • Confident engaging senior stakeholders and leading structured commercial conversations
  • Highly organised, proactive and comfortable managing multiple workstreams
  • Customer-first, solutions-led approach with strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver successful outcomes
  • Full UK driving licence
