A fast-growing UK tech provider is hiring a Major Incident Manager to take the lead when it matters most. You'll own high-severity incidents across cloud, network, security and comms platforms, ensuring rapid recovery and first-class communication.
The Role
- Lead major incidents end-to-end
- Coordinate technical teams and drive swift resolution
- Deliver clear, confident updates to customers and internal stakeholders
- Maintain accurate timelines, reports and PIRs
- Improve processes, runbooks and incident readiness
You'll Bring
- Experience managing major incidents in an MSP / ISP / Telco environment
- Strong technical understanding (Networks, Infrastructure, CCaaS or security)
- Excellent communication under pressure
- Ability to direct multi-disciplinary teams
- A calm, analytical approach and decisive mindset
