A fast-growing UK tech provider is hiring a Major Incident Manager to take the lead when it matters most. You'll own high-severity incidents across cloud, network, security and comms platforms, ensuring rapid recovery and first-class communication.

The Role

  • Lead major incidents end-to-end
  • Coordinate technical teams and drive swift resolution
  • Deliver clear, confident updates to customers and internal stakeholders
  • Maintain accurate timelines, reports and PIRs
  • Improve processes, runbooks and incident readiness

You'll Bring

  • Experience managing major incidents in an MSP / ISP / Telco environment
  • Strong technical understanding (Networks, Infrastructure, CCaaS or security)
  • Excellent communication under pressure
  • Ability to direct multi-disciplinary teams
  • A calm, analytical approach and decisive mindset
