m.This is a high-energy, outbound-focused role designed to generat e new business opportuniti es acros s Managed IT Servic es , Cybersecuri ty, an d Digital Transformati on solutions. Acting as the first point of contact for prospective clients, you'll play a key role i n building pipeline, creating engagement opportuniti es, and supporting overall business growth.

Working closely wi th Sa les a nd Market ing teams, you'll be responsible for identifying decision-makers, generating interest, and booking qualified meetings for senior sales colleagues.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Proactiv ely iden tify and rese a rch prospective cli ents within target markets using LinkedIn, business databases, and market intelligence tools.
  • Cond uct outbound prospecting activi ties thro ugh cold cal li ng, email campa igns, and social selling to generate new busi ness opportunities.
  • Qualify inbound enqui ries and marketing-generated leads, ensuring they align with target customer profiles.
  • Identify and map key stakeholders and decision-makers within prospective organisati
  • ons.Sched ule qualified meet ings and discovery c alls for senior members of the sales team.
  • Clearly communicate the value of managed serv ic es, cybersecurity solut ions, compliance services, and strategic IT consult ancy offerings.
  • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of opportunities to support monthly and quarterly growth objectives.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records, including activities, communications, notes, and next acti ons.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience i n a Sales Develop me nt, Business Develop me nt, Telemarke ting, or Lead Generation role
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding activity and appointment-setting targets.
  • Cold-calling experience, including objection handling and relationship building.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage a high volume of activity effectively.
  • Experience using CRM systems and sales engagement platforms.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office applications and LinkedIn for business development activities.

Desirable Experience

  • Experience withi n a Managed Service Provider ( MS P), Techno lo gy, Sa aS, Telecommunicat ions, or IT Serv ices environment.
  • Understanding of cloud technolo gi es, cybersecu r ity solut io ns, digital workp lace platforms, or broader IT services
  • Experience w ith CRM platforms such as Salesf or ce, Dyna mi cs, Hub Spot, or similar to ols.
