Regional Sales Director – Managed IT Services + Cyber Security
Flexible Location - multiple offices across Southern England (Milton Keynes, Oxford, London)
Package : Up to £80,000 base + Double OTE + £6.5k Car Allowance
We’re partnering with a well-established and fast-growing Managed Services organisation to appoint a Regional Sales Director . This role will play a pivotal part in driving commercial performance across a defined region, balancing new growth with the expansion and retention of existing strategic accounts.
Operating within a nationally recognised technology services business, this position sits at senior leadership level and offers the opportunity to shape regional sales strategy across Managed IT, Cloud , and Cyber Security solutions . You’ll work closely with both commercial and technical leadership to deliver sustainable, profitable growth.
The Opportunity
- Own and deliver regional sales performance, with accountability for revenue, gross profit, and long-term client value.
- Lead , motivate , and develop a team of Account Managers and sales professionals, embedding high standards and clear performance expectations.
- Build and execute structured account growth plans, focused on increasing service penetration, contract value, and client retention.
- Act as an executive sponsor for key customer relationships, engaging senior stakeholders and influencing commercial outcomes.
- Oversee pipeline management and forecasting, ensuring opportunities are well qualified, commercially sound, and accurately reported.
- Work cross-functionally with technical, service, and bid teams to shape compelling, margin-positive solutions.
- Identify whitespace opportunities across the regional client base and convert them into scalable managed service engagements.
- Contribute to wider leadership discussions, sharing regional insight to support national commercial strategy.
About You
- Significant experience in a senior sales or account leadership role within an MSP, IT Services, or Technology Solutions environment.
- Track record of delivering consistent revenue and GP growth through strategic account management and team leadership.
- Strong knowledge of managed services portfolios, including Microsoft 365, Azure, Cloud Infrastructure, Cyber Security, and Modern Workplace.
- Commercially confident, with the ability to assess deal structure, pricing, and margin impact.
- Experienced people leader, comfortable driving performance while developing and retaining talent.
- Credible at board and C-suite level, with strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Data-led and organised, with a disciplined approach to CRM, forecasting, and pipeline governance.
- Comfortable with regional travel and maintaining presence across multiple offices and client sites.
