Technical Consultant – CrowdStrike

We're working with a leading cybersecurity specialist that is continuing to invest heavily in its Professional Services and Security Practice. As part of that growth, we're looking to speak with experienced CrowdStrike professionals who enjoy working directly with customers to design, implement and optimise modern security solutions.

This is a senior customer-facing consultancy role, working with enterprise and mid-market organisations across a variety of sectors. You'll be involved throughout the project lifecycle, from technical workshops and solution design through to deployment, optimisation and knowledge transfer.

The Role

As a Senior Technical Consultant, you'll act as a trusted advisor to customers, delivering high-quality technical consultancy across CrowdStrike technologies and wider security operations environments.

Responsibilities include:

  • Leading customer workshops, discovery sessions and technical design engagements
  • Designing and implementing CrowdStrike solutions within enterprise environments
  • Providing technical expertise during pre-sales and project delivery activities
  • Producing high-quality technical documentation including HLDs, LLDs, implementation and migration plans
  • Supporting Proof of Concepts and customer demonstrations
  • Acting as a technical lead on customer projects
  • Building strong relationships with customer stakeholders and technical teams
  • Supporting knowledge transfer and best practice adoption

What We're Looking For

  • Strong hands-on experience with CrowdStrike technologies
  • Experience delivering consultancy, professional services or technical project work within cybersecurity environments
  • Comfortable engaging directly with customers and leading technical workshops
  • Strong understanding of endpoint security, threat detection, incident response and modern security operations
  • Experience producing technical documentation and solution designs
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a wider technical team

Desirable Experience

  • CrowdStrike certifications
  • Exposure to SIEM, SOAR, XDR or MDR environments
  • Experience with Microsoft Defender, Sentinel, Splunk, Exabeam or similar technologies
  • Background working within a consultancy, MSSP, security vendor or professional services organisation
