Business Analyst – Change & Transformation | London | Hybrid
Our client, a leading specialist insurer, is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support a range of transformation initiatives across the business. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic organisation that’s driving meaningful change across its people, processes, and technology.
The Role
As Business Analyst, you’ll work closely with business and technical stakeholders to shape, define, and deliver effective solutions that support strategic objectives. You’ll play a key role in translating business needs into actionable requirements and ensuring the smooth delivery of change initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Build trusted relationships across business and technical teams.
- Define, document, and manage business requirements with clear traceability to outcomes.
- Conduct gap analyses and design improved business processes.
- Collaborate with architects and systems analysts to ensure alignment between business needs and technology solutions.
- Support user acceptance testing, business readiness, and post-implementation activities.
- Identify and mitigate risks to ensure successful project delivery.
About You
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst within the insurance sector , ideally in the Lloyd’s or London Market .
- Skilled in business process modelling (BPMN, UML) and analysis techniques.
- Confident working in both Agile and Waterfall environments.
- Experienced with tools such as Jira, DevOps, or Miro.
- Excellent communicator with strong stakeholder management skills.
- Proactive, curious, and adaptable – with a genuine drive to deliver meaningful change.
