Job Title: Product Manager – SaaS FinTech Platform

Location: Manchester (Hybrid, two days per week in office)

Role Type: Permanent

Salary: £75,000 to £85,000 plus benefits and annual bonus

Overview:

Our client is a rapidly growing FinTech company headquartered in Manchester, delivering SaaS-based financial platforms that help businesses manage payments, compliance, and data more effectively. As they continue to expand across the UK and Europe, they are seeking an experienced Product Manager to take ownership of a key product area within their cloud platform.

This role will play a central part in defining the product strategy, shaping the roadmap, and working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver new features that enhance customer experience and drive commercial success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from concept through to delivery and post-launch optimisation
• Define and maintain the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, and Data teams to prioritise features and ensure high-quality delivery
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to inform product decisions and identify new opportunities
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to launch new products and drive adoption
• Translate customer feedback and analytics into actionable insights that shape future product improvements

Essential Skills and Experience:

• 6+ years' experience in product management within SaaS or technology-led environments
• Proven experience delivering successful B2B or FinTech products
• Strong understanding of Agile product delivery and stakeholder engagement
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions
• Strong communication and presentation skills with a customer-centric mindset
• Knowledge of payments, compliance, or financial data systems is highly advantageous
