Born out of our work in Formula One, IRIS Clarity desktop application addresses a clear need in the CCaaS market, with additional markets now opening up that present significant opportunities across enterprise, notably retail, BPO, digital healthcare, utilities and financial services. Meanwhile, the IRIS SDK packages up our latest and greatest AI noise cancellation models, offering third party CCaaS, UCaaS and other comms platforms a powerful value added feature that solves a key industry problem.

The role:

As IRIS enters our 8th year, we continue to grow at pace and bring our ground breaking noise cancellation products to the world. IRIS is seeing a significant growth in the level of interest in our IRIS Clarity and IRIS SDK products, as such we are currently receiving a high volume of inbound leads. This combined with our proactive outreach campaigns is paying dividends, but these opportunities need to be qualified effectively in line with our ideal customer profile.

The Sales Development Representative will join the sales team based in our London Oxford Street HQ to execute an outbound account based marketing (ABM) strategy, alongside qualifying inbound sales leads for our IRIS Clarity and IRIS SDK products. This role will suit someone who is looking to build a career in sales. You will have one role under your belt within the CX space and will be looking to further your career and earnings potential. Whatever your experience, your ambition to succeed must be clear and your ability to learn and quickly get started is vital to be successful in this role.

You will be coached by some of the very best sales people and executives in enterprise SaaS sales. You will be selling a ground breaking AI audio product. You will be supported with the very best sales tools and marketing support. Exceptional candidates will be supported in their career development with a pathway to Account Executive roles and beyond.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive top-of-the-funnel lead generation for account executives and sales managers
  • Update and manage all sales activities, opportunities, and account information in CRM
  • Consistently achieve monthly quota of qualified opportunities
  • Seek out new opportunities that align with the IRIS go to market strategy and execute a coordinated outreach campaign strategy in conjunction with marketing
  • Work closely with the VP Sales and other executives to identify key targets and opportunities, leveraging their skills and network where relevant
  • Work with marketing to build coordinated outreach campaigns, including landing pages, compelling sales collateral, email campaigns and other assets that enable better cut through
  • Build a database of potential clients and the key people of influence in those organisations
  • Identify opportunities in our existing, comprehensive database that have been untapped
  • Delivery high quality, fully qualified sales leads into the sales function
  • Hand-hold self serve users, providing support where required

Experience:

  • 1-2 years experience in a similar role, or a graduate with ~6 months experience that demonstrates considerable sales acumen and has a clear passion for building a career in sales
  • Experience of working within a SaaS company and an appreciation / understanding of audio AI is a definite advantage
  • Experience in execute the research and lead generative outbound activity as part of a coordinated Account Based Marketing campaign
  • Experience in handling inbound leads and carrying out an outbound sales motion
  • Experience of working with marketing teams to drive awareness and cut through in your campaigns
  • Experience in using Hubspot or similar CRMs
  • Experience in using Linkedin and specifically Sales Navigator
  • Experience in using ZoomInfo or similar rich databases
  • Experience in building target lists, understanding the key data that will make you successful in your role and how to filter out non-opportunities
  • Experienced in crafting and sending multi-touch point email campaigns
