We are hiring an Associate Product Director with a rare blend of payroll/HCM expertise, AI-forward thinking and product leadership to drive innovation, scale, and measurable results.
What you'll lead:
- The product vision, roadmap and P&L for Staffology, our cloud-native SaaS payroll platform
- Delivery of strategic KPIs: +10% revenue growth, 5% churn reduction, and 30% AI-led efficiency gains
- Development of AI-powered features, automations and predictive analytics for a next-gen payroll experience
- Compliance excellence across HMRC regulations and multi-jurisdictional payroll environments
- Go-to-market strategies, customer feedback loops, and collaboration across Engineering, Sales & Customer Success
What you bring:
- Payroll or HCM product management with commercial responsibility
- Working knowledge of UK payroll legislation, HMRC compliance, and SaaS financial models
- Hands-on experience with AI tooling (e.g. GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, ML frameworks)
- Track record in leading cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven product outcomes
- Product certifications (e.g. CSPO/PSPO) and payroll qualifications (e.g. CIPP) a strong plus
