Join our dynamic Professional Services Team with our client as a Migration Consultant Associate, and play a key role in helping customers transition to their next-generation cloud-based solutions.

As part of their Customer Migrations Programme, you’ll guide customers through every step of their journey — ensuring they successfully adopt and utilise our products and services. You’ll work closely with clients to understand their unique needs, support them through data migrations or self-migration training, and act as their advocate within the business.

This programme is central to one of our clients key strategic initiatives, influencing thousands of customer journeys over the next two years. Your role will be integral in ensuring a seamless, positive experience for every customer as they move to their new software.

What you’ll do:

• Support the transition of desktop accountancy products to cloud-based solutions.
• Scope, deliver, and support customer migrations from start to finish.
• Prepare and validate customer data for migration.
• Provide internal training and assist the Support Team when required.
• Maintain strong accountancy and payroll knowledge to deliver exceptional service.

What you’ll bring:

• A strong educational background and proven customer service experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• The ability to work independently, adapt to change, and stay resilient under pressure
• A customer-focused mindset with a positive, proactive attitude
