We’re looking for a Customer Renewals Associate to join our dynamic team at IRIS Software Group. In this role, you’ll be working with our existing customer base – supporting them through the renewal journey, resolving any issues, and helping them get the most from our products.

What you'll be doing:

• Managing a portfolio of existing customers, guiding them through their renewal process
• Building strong relationships to drive satisfaction, loyalty, and long-term retention
• Proactively identifying at-risk accounts and working to reduce churn
• Collaborating with internal teams including Sales, Customer Success, and Product
• Providing accurate renewal forecasts and maintaining detailed CRM records
• Spotting opportunities for upsell or cross-sell and passing leads to the relevant teams

What we’re looking for:

• Previous experience in customer service, renewals, account management or retention
• Confident communicator – you’re great at building rapport and managing tricky conversations
• Organised and proactive with great attention to detail
• Driven by targets, outcomes and keeping customers happy
• Bonus points for experience working in the software/SaaS industry

How we’re hiring:

We're running an in-person assessment centre for this role at our Slough office. It’s a great opportunity to meet the team, get a feel for our culture, and show us who you are beyond your CV. The session will include group tasks, a short interview, and some fun challenges designed to bring out your strengths!
