IRIS Software Group is seeking an experienced Implementation Consultant to lead the delivery of our Troncmaster platform to hospitality clients across the UK.

The Role
You will lead end-to-end implementations of our tronc and service charge distribution platform, working closely with hospitality clients to design compliant, tax-efficient and operationally effective tronc frameworks.

What You’ll Do
Client Implementation
- Lead discovery workshops and requirements gathering
- Design compliant tronc schemes aligned to HMRC guidance
- Configure distribution models, logic and reporting
- Manage payroll integrations and data migration
- Deliver go-live support
Compliance & Advisory
- Provide expert advice on tronc governance and service charge legislation
- Interpret complex payroll and rota data
- Recommend improvements to operational processes
Project Delivery
- Manage multiple concurrent implementation projects
- Track milestones and manage risks
- Collaborate with internal product and support teams
Training & Adoption
- Deliver client training sessions
- Create documentation and SOPs
- Support early-stage adoption post go-live
About You
You will bring:
- Strong knowledge of tronc models and UK tax legislation
- Experience implementing payroll or workforce systems
- Advanced Excel and analytical capability
- Consultancy or SaaS project delivery experience
- Excellent stakeholder communication skills
Desirable:
- Hospitality payroll experience
- HMRC employment tax knowledge relating to service charge
- Understanding of integrations and APIs
