What You’ll Do
As a Partner Enablement Manager, you’ll be the go-to person for all things partner success, performance optimisation, and operational enablement.
You will:
- Design and deliver partner enablement programmes that drive real outcomes
- Create toolkits, playbooks, training, and certification frameworks
- Analyse partner performance and recommend data-led improvements
- Implement scalable onboarding, lifecycle, and governance processes
- Collaborate across Sales, Product, Finance, Marketing & Legal to ensure partner alignment
- Drive strategic GTM initiatives and support commercial negotiations
- Build feedback loops to shape product and market strategy
What You’ll Bring
- Proven experience in partner enablement, channel success, or strategic partnerships
- Strong commercial acumen, you understand what drives mutual profitability
- A data-driven mindset, you translate insight into action
- Process excellence, you can build scalable frameworks from scratch
- Stakeholder savvy, you influence across functions and seniority levels
- Experience within SaaS, EdTech or tech-led environments
Bonus points if you have:
- Knowledge of the UK education sector or school procurement processes
- Experience with partner management systems and enablement tools
- Exposure to international partnerships or compliance frameworks
