What You’ll Do

As a Partner Enablement Manager, you’ll be the go-to person for all things partner success, performance optimisation, and operational enablement.

You will:

  • Design and deliver partner enablement programmes that drive real outcomes
  • Create toolkits, playbooks, training, and certification frameworks
  • Analyse partner performance and recommend data-led improvements
  • Implement scalable onboarding, lifecycle, and governance processes
  • Collaborate across Sales, Product, Finance, Marketing & Legal to ensure partner alignment
  • Drive strategic GTM initiatives and support commercial negotiations
  • Build feedback loops to shape product and market strategy

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven experience in partner enablement, channel success, or strategic partnerships
  • Strong commercial acumen, you understand what drives mutual profitability
  • A data-driven mindset, you translate insight into action
  • Process excellence, you can build scalable frameworks from scratch
  • Stakeholder savvy, you influence across functions and seniority levels
  • Experience within SaaS, EdTech or tech-led environments

Bonus points if you have:

  • Knowledge of the UK education sector or school procurement processes
  • Experience with partner management systems and enablement tools
  • Exposure to international partnerships or compliance frameworks
