As an Account Development Executive, youβll focus on developing and expanding relationships within our existing accounts β driving retention, upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
Youβll:
π Proactively engage existing customers β Build strong relationships through calls, emails and virtual meetings.
π Identify growth opportunities β Understand customer objectives, challenges and uncover expansion potential.
π€ Partner with Account Managers & Sales β Collaborate to maximise revenue within your account portfolio.
π Manage account activity β Maintain accurate CRM records and track engagement, opportunities and pipeline.
π Strengthen customer value β Ensure customers are aware of the full breadth of our solutions and how they can benefit.
π― What Youβll Bring
βοΈ At least 1 year in sales, account development or customer-facing commercial roles.
βοΈ Experience in B2B (SaaS experience a bonus).
βοΈ Strong relationship-building skills with confidence speaking to key stakeholders.
