The Opportunity

Ready to hit the road (and the numbers)? We're looking for a driven, ambitious Field Sales Executive to join our high-performing Accountancy Solutions sales team.

You'll be working with accountancy practices and mid-to-large UK businesses, helping them streamline compliance, reporting, payroll integration, and financial workflows — powered by our market-leading accountancy technology.

What You'll Do

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of revenue
  • Conduct on-site client visits and product demos
  • Drive new business and expansion within existing accounts
  • Build relationships with senior decision-makers (Partners, Finance Directors, Practice Managers)
  • Collaborate with internal teams to design tailored accountancy solutions
  • Own the full sales cycle — from prospecting to close

What You'll Bring

  • 3+ years of field sales experience – ideally within accountancy, payroll, finance, or back-office software
  • Proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets
  • Strong consultative selling skills and commercial acumen
  • Confidence presenting to senior stakeholders and partners
  • Proactive, positive mindset with a love of autonomy
  • Full UK driving licence
