β What Youβll Be Doing
Youβll lead and develop a mixed-experience field sales team selling into Tier 2 accountancy firms β owning new business, cross-sell growth, and high-quality execution. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who loves coaching, pipeline discipline, and seeing their team smash targets. π₯
Your mission:
- π₯ Manage & coach your field sales team to hit quarterly revenue targets
- π§ Embed MEDDIC as the core deal qualification & control methodology
- π Run a high-performance sales cadence β weekly pipeline reviews, forecast calls, deal inspections & structured 1:1s
- π Drive pipeline generation & territory planning to unlock new opportunities
- π Build seller capability and shape a consistently high-performing culture
- π€ Collaborate across Marketing, CS, Product & Ops to support flawless execution
