As our Field Sales Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind our education sales strategy. You’ll:
👉 Lead, coach, and inspire a team of high-performing sales reps to smash targets
👉 Build strong, lasting partnerships with schools and education leaders 🎓
👉 Create and execute strategic sales plans to expand our reach and revenue
👉 Keep the pipeline healthy with strong CRM practices 📈

💼 What We’re Looking For
- Proven sales management experience in the education sector 🏫
- SaaS/software background with knowledge of sales methodologies (Sandler, Challenger, SPIN, Value Selling, etc.)
- Track record of hitting and exceeding targets 🏆
- Exceptional communicator and relationship builder 🤝
