π About the Role
IRIS is seeking a strategic and commercially minded Head of Master Data Management (MDM) to own and evolve the integrity, governance, and global standardisation of core customer, account, product and reference data across our revenue ecosystem MDM Role
.
This role is a critical enabler of our Revenue Operations Target Operating Model, ensuring Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance and Analytics teams operate from trusted, consistent, well-governed data.
You will design and lead a global MDM strategy that supports scale, M&A integration, automation, forecasting integrity and executive decision-making.
π― What Youβll Be Responsible For
π§ MDM Strategy & Governance
- Define and own the global MDM strategy aligned to commercial priorities MDM Role
- Establish governance frameworks across Accounts, Contacts, Leads, Products and Hierarchies
- Develop multi-year roadmap supporting global harmonisation and acquisitions
- Standardise account hierarchies and product taxonomies across entities
π Data Quality & Integrity
- Own enterprise data quality metrics (accuracy, duplication, completeness, timeliness) MDM Role
- Lead cleansing, enrichment and deduplication programmes
- Identify and resolve root causes of systemic data issues
π Systems & Enablement
- Business owner for CRM master data (Salesforce) and integrated platforms MDM Role
- Partner with RevTech and Systems teams on data model design
- Ensure alignment between CRM data, data warehouse and downstream reporting
- Support system migrations, M&A onboarding and quote-to-cash consistency
π€ Stakeholder Leadership
- Partner with Sales Ops, Marketing Ops, CS Ops, Finance and Product
- Influence senior commercial leaders on governance standards
- Balance business agility with disciplined data control
π₯ Team Leadership
- Build and lead a high-performing MDM function MDM Role
- Develop data stewardship capability across the organisation
- Define standards for operational excellence within MDM
β What Weβre Looking For
- 8+ years in data governance, data management or MDM roles MDM Role
- Strong ownership of CRM master data (ideally Salesforce)
- Experience designing governance frameworks at scale
- Proven leadership experience managing and developing teams
- Ability to influence senior commercial stakeholders
- Strong understanding of GDPR and data privacy principles
Highly Desirable
- Experience in Revenue Operations or SaaS commercial environments
- Exposure to MDM / data quality tools
- Experience in global or multi-region organisations
- M&A integration experience
