The Opportunity

Were seeking a proactive, detail-oriented IT Project Manager to lead cross-functional technology initiatives at IRIS. Youll manage full project lifecycles from scoping & planning through execution & delivery ensuring alignment with business goals, stakeholders, and compliance.

What youll do:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of IT projects (servers, cloud, security, M&A, infrastructure upgrades)
• Build detailed project plans, RAID logs & stakeholder updates
• Run weekly project meetings, milestone reviews & workshops
• Collaborate with teams across Sales, HR, Marketing Ops & Finance
• Manage risks, issues & changes with precision
• Produce highlight reports, dashboards & KPI updates

What were looking for:

• Experience managing complex IT projects across multiple functions
• Knowledge of Agile, PRINCE2 & Waterfall methodologies
• Skilled in tools like Asana, Clarizen, Microsoft Project & SharePoint
• Strong leadership, communication & problem-solving skills
• Calm under pressure, flexible during change & confident in decision-making

What success looks like:

• 3 months: Deliver initial projects & align teams
• 12 months: Drive effective collaboration, reporting & risk management
• 2 years: Lead strategic transformation projects (M&A, infrastructure & enterprise software)
