We’re hiring a Customer Renewals Associate to join our Accountancy team at IRIS Software Group. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with customers, driving renewals and building strong relationships.

💼 What you’ll be doing:

• Managing customer renewals and retention activity
• 📞 Speaking with existing clients to handle queries and secure renewals
• 💬 Providing quotes and recommending the best solutions
• 🤝 Building strong relationships and delivering great customer experience
• 📊 Managing renewal pipelines and ensuring deadlines are met
• 🧠 Staying up to date with product knowledge

✅ What we’re looking for:

• Customer-facing experience (phone or face-to-face)
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Organised, detail-oriented and able to multitask
• Sales experience (nice to have)
• Accountancy/education knowledge (a bonus)
