We're looking for a Sales Manager to lead our Commercial Account Development team at IRIS.

This isn't a role for someone who wants to sit back and review spreadsheets. We're looking for a hands-on leader who enjoys coaching, shaping deal strategy, improving win rates and helping their team achieve exceptional results.

What you'll be doing:

✅ Leading and developing a team of field-based Account Development Executives

✅ Coaching deals using structured sales methodologies such as MEDDICC

✅ Driving pipeline generation, forecasting accuracy and revenue growth

✅ Building a high-performance, accountable sales culture

✅ Working closely with customers and internal stakeholders to maximise growth opportunities

✅ Using data, technology and AI tools to improve sales effectiveness

What we're looking for:

⭐ Proven sales leadership experience within a software, SaaS or technology environment

⭐ Strong coaching and mentoring skills

⭐ Experience leading complex commercial sales cycles

⭐ A passion for developing people and delivering results

⭐ Someone who leads from the front and enjoys being close to the detail
