We’re looking for a commercially driven Senior Account Development Executive to join our growing Education team at IRIS!

This role is focused on driving growth across our existing education customer base, building long-term relationships with schools and education organisations, and identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell solutions across the IRIS portfolio.

You’ll be working with market-leading education brands and solutions used by thousands of schools across the UK, helping customers improve engagement, communication, operational efficiency and overall student experience. 📚

💡 What you’ll be doing:

• Managing and growing a portfolio of existing education customers

• Building strong stakeholder relationships across schools and trusts

• Identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities

• Owning pipeline management and forecasting through Salesforce

• Delivering strategic account plans and customer growth strategies

• Working closely with internal teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience

✅ What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience in account management, account development or SaaS sales

• Strong commercial and relationship-building skills

• Experience managing complex stakeholders

• A target-driven and organised approach

• Education sector experience is beneficial but not essential
