The Opportunity

Ready to hit the road (and the numbers)? We're looking for a driven, ambitious Field Sales Executive to join our high-performing Accountancy Solutions sales team.

You'll be working with mid-to-large UK businesses and accountancy practices, helping them modernise and streamline their finance, compliance, and practice management processes — powered by our market-leading accountancy software.

You'll work across clients including:

Accountancy & Tax Practices

SMEs & Mid-Market Businesses

Professional Services Firms

Industry, Retail, Hospitality & Tech

What You'll Do

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of revenue across new and existing accounts
  • Conduct on-site client meetings and product demos
  • Drive new business and upsell/cross-sell opportunities
  • Build strong relationships with Partners, Directors, Finance Leaders and Practice Managers
  • Work closely with internal teams to design tailored accountancy software solutions
  • Own the full sales cycle — from prospecting to close

What You'll Bring

  • 3+ years of field sales experience, ideally within accountancy software, finance, payroll, or practice management solutions
  • A proven track record of hitting and exceeding targets
  • Strong consultative selling and commercial awareness
  • Confidence presenting to senior stakeholders
  • A proactive, self-motivated approach with a love of autonomy
  • Full UK driving licence
