Technical Success Manager

About the Role
- Own the post-sale customer journey with enterprise clients across the UK & Ireland.
- Drive customer onboarding, adoption, and rollout planning of the platform.
- Act as a trusted technical advisor throughout the customer lifecycle.
- Support customers in embedding the platform successfully into their environments and workflows.
- Monitor customer health, satisfaction (NPS/CSAT), and platform usage.
- Proactively identify risks and ensure successful resolution of customer challenges.
- Collaborate with Sales, Solutions Engineering, and Professional Services to ensure successful delivery.
- Identify opportunities for expansion and additional use cases based on customer needs.
- Deliver technical and strategic customer sessions, including reviews and best-practice guidance.
What We're Looking For
- ~7+ years of professional experience in customer-facing, technical, or delivery-focused roles.
- Strong hands-on experience in DevOps, DevSecOps, CI/CD, Cloud Infrastructure, or Platform Engineering.
- Comfortable being hands-on and technical when working with engineering teams.
- Experience working with enterprise customers and managing multiple stakeholders.
- Strong communication and relationship management skills.
- Fluent English is essential.
