IT Helpdesk Apprentice
Northern Skills are recruiting on behalf of ISOTANK. They are looking for a hardworking individual with excellent communication skills to join their team as a Level 3 Information communication technician (ICT).
Role
- Checking/testing backups
- Troubleshooting PC problems
- Troubleshooting Internet/Network problems
- Troubleshooting Telephone (mobile and fixed) problems
- Troubleshooting other IT-related equipment (printers/scanners etc.)
- Assist with reports to identify trends and prevent future issues
Training
- Information Communication Technician Level 3
- Day release one day per week at Middlesbrough College
Depending on the circumstances of the business upon completion of the apprenticeship programme there could be a potential position of employment available.
