The Opportunity:
We are conducting a search for a Program Manager on behalf of a scaling SaaS organization developing AI-powered platforms within the intelligent mobility industry. They are looking to make a senior hire to sit above the Procurement, Applications Engineering and Project Management divisions, who will build a high-performing Customer Success function. You will take ownership of the operational aspects of post sales activities, liaising with internal and external stakeholders to standardized project delivery, set realistic customer expectations and drive deployment throughput.
Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in large scale project delivery/implementation management ($500K-$5M)
- Track record of building and scaling operational teams, systems and processes, particularly around customer success and project delivery
- Experience managing complex cross-functional stakeholders with the ability to challenge senior stakeholders and resolving conflicts
- Strong project management expertise and structured delivery frameworks, with prior experience owning revenue linked delivery
- Experience in hardware plus SaaS or similarly complex delivery environments

- A clear, consistent project management framework is in place and used across the company
- Leadership has full visibility - no unexpected delays or last-minute surprises
- Forecasting is closely aligned with what the team can realistically deliver
- Client expectations are managed early and proactively, not reactively
- Teams across Sales, Product, Delivery and Customer Success are well coordinated and communicating effectively
- There will be a noticeable drop in stakeholder frustration
- Delivery runs with a steady, predictable rhythm
- Handoffs between teams are smooth, with clear ownership at every stage
- Margins are transparent and easy to track for every deployment
Role and Responsibilities:
- Establish a single, end-to-end owner of the customer journey to unify Procurement, Engineering and Project Management under one accountable structure
- Aligning all teams around shared customer outcomes (on-time delivery, adoption, retention) rather than individual functional goals
- Define clear processes, handoffs and responsibilities to eliminate gaps and reduce friction between teams
- Introduce regular cross-functional cadences and shared reporting to improve visibility, coordination and decision-making
- Build continuous feedback loops from delivery and customers back into Product, Sales and Operations to drive ongoing improvement and scalability
