• $120,000 to $150,000 per year

The Opportunity:

We’re looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of large-scale software and engineering system implementations for roadside technologies in Tennessee. This role is ideal for someone from the Intelligent Transportation, Tolling or Smart Mobility industries, who has experience delivering end-to-end implementations and a thorough understanding of the system engineering process and software development lifecycle.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Lead full lifecycle delivery of complex systems - from requirements and design through to deployment and client handover
• Manage large-scale, multi-site technology implementations and integrations
• Build and optimise project delivery processes, tools and frameworks (e.g. PMIS, SOPs, reporting)
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, product, operations and external stakeholders
• Act as the primary interface with clients, ensuring strong relationships and successful outcomes
• Drive efficiency and scalability in deployment (reducing timelines, improving throughput)
• Oversee project performance including scope, budget, risk and quality
• Support business growth through identifying new opportunities and contributing to proposals

Skills and Experience:

• Proven track record delivering large-scale system or software implementations in the Intelligent Transportation or a similar industry sector
• Experience deploying solutions across multiple sites, regions or clients
• Strong background in stakeholder management, including working with technical and non-technical teams
• Experience improving or building project management processes and frameworks
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-growth environments
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously

• Data-driven mindset with experience reporting on KPIs and delivery performance
• PMP (or equivalent) certification
