Service Desk Team Leader
The Opportunity:
As a Service Desk Team Leader, your role encompasses a blend of technical expertise, leadership skills, and exceptional customer service to join an established professional IT services company based in Huddersfield, West Yorkshire.
Skills and Experience:
- Troubleshooting Expertise: possess a strong all-round troubleshooting methodology and mind-set
- Networking: expert hands-on experience in networking troubleshooting
- Cloud Technologies: proficiency with RDS, Azure and Citrix
- Windows Server Administration: experience with the setup and administration of Windows Server versions 2012/2016/2019/2022, including Active Directory, Group Policy, File shares and permissions, DNS and DHCP
- Desktop and Application Support: skilled in supporting Windows 7/10, Microsoft Office and bespoke applications
- Wi-Fi Solutions: experience with Wi-Fi solutions, preferably Ubiquiti
- Exchange and 365 Administration: capable of administering Exchange and 365 tenants
- Any experience with Virtualisation Technologies, hands-on experience with setting up and maintaining Windows VMs (VMWare, Hyper-V). Storage Concepts: Understanding of storage concepts, SAN and NAS
