LEAD PPM DATA INFORMATION ANALYST

We are seeking a Lead PPM Data Information Assurance Analyst to provide assurance, governance and control over Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) regimes and associated asset data.

This role is responsible for ensuring maintenance plans are accurate, compliant and fit for operational delivery, validating PPM strategies against SFG20 standards, statutory requirements and asset criticality.

Job Description

We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented professional who can manage high volumes of structured data, build strong relationships with engineers and contractors, and ensure PPM changes are effectively governed before work orders are released through CAFM systems.

The role provides confidence that planned maintenance programmes support compliance, operational performance and asset lifecycle objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Attend, lead and chair asset PPM data governance, technical and operational meetings, taking ownership of decisions, actions and outcomes.
  • Manage, coordinate and control asset PPM changes within CMMS/CAFM systems, ensuring compliance with governance, change control and audit requirements.
  • Validate and implement PPM changes in line with maintenance standards, statutory requirements and approved asset information.
  • Own the integrity, accuracy and suitability of PPM schedules, ensuring alignment to asset type, condition and lifecycle stage.
  • Manage reconciliation activities across systems, including dependency checks to ensure consistency and completeness of asset records.
  • Oversee and assure User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for asset PPM data changes, ensuring auditable evidence is maintained.
  • Assess and manage the operational impact of PPM changes, ensuring timely communication with stakeholders and alignment to work orders.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting to provide visibility of asset change activity, data quality, compliance status and associated risks.

About You

  • Experience as a Supervisor, Team Leader or Manager within asset management, facilities management or maintenance environments, with working knowledge of PPM regimes and asset data.
  • Expert ability to coordinate and control asset data changes within CMMS, CAFM or EAM systems in a structured and auditable manner.
  • Advanced Excel User
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage high-volume data accurately while maintaining a robust audit trail.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to engage effectively with engineers, contractors, technical specialists and governance stakeholders.
  • Methodical and risk-aware approach with a strong focus on quality, compliance and continuous improvement.
  • Ability to build effective working relationships across operational, engineering, compliance and asset management functions.
