Managetalentrecruitmentandretention,includingtrainingrequirementsandperformancemanagement.
Drivesuperioraccountperformancetosupporttheclientbusinessandcontractualobjectives.Developshortandlongtermobjectivestoenhanceservicedeliverylevels,measure,deliverandreportagainstthese.
Ensurefullcontractcomplianceonoperational,risk,andcompliancematters
Measurethecontractsperformanceagainstagreedtargetsandscorecardcompliance

KeySkills/Experience/Requirements
PreferablyHNCorDegreeinBuildingServiceEngineeringorrelevantengineeringsubject(ElectricalorMechanical)
Experiencedinawiderangeofbuildingserviceengineeringsystems
Theabilitytoworkatpace,dynamically,whilstfocussingoncoredeliverables,withregularre-prioritisationandanabilitytodeliverunderpressure.
Experienceworkingincorporaterealestateorafacilitiesmanagementcompany
