An exciting opportunity for a C# .NET Developer to join a specialist FinTech trading business building technology used within fast-moving financial markets.

You’ll join a small, highly talented engineering team of around 30 developers, giving you the opportunity to work on important systems from an early stage in your career rather than becoming one developer amongst hundreds.

You’ll work on the development and improvement of the company’s trading technology, including:

• Designing and developing software using C# and .NET
• Building reliable, scalable and high-quality applications
• Developing and integrating APIs and backend services
• Working with complex financial and trading data
• Improving existing platforms and developing new functionality
• Solving challenging technical and performance problems
• Collaborating closely with other developers and stakeholders
• Taking increasing ownership of projects as your experience develops

We’re looking for an intelligent and ambitious software developer who wants to continually improve technically.

You should have experience with:

• C#
• .NET / .NET Core
• Object-oriented programming
• Software development best practices
• Databases / SQL
• APIs and backend development

Experience within FinTech, trading, financial services or capital markets would be useful, but isn't essential if you have strong C#/.NET development skills and an interest in the industry.

This would particularly suit someone who wants the technical challenges and financial-market exposure associated with a major trading organisation, but prefers the responsibility, visibility and progression available within a smaller engineering team.
