We’re looking for a motivated and technically capable Operations Engineer to join a collaborative operations team focused on delivering high-quality cybersecurity and IT support solutions. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong technical foundations who wants hands-on exposure to cybersecurity operations, infrastructure, and client engagement in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do

Deploy and manage security solutions across customer environments

Investigate and resolve technical support and operational issues

Perform troubleshooting across networks, systems, and security platforms

Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular service reviews

Support general IT administration and systems management tasks

Work closely with internal technical teams on security operations initiatives

Gain exposure to SOC operations and penetration testing activities

What We’re Looking For

Degree in Computer Science, Cyber Security, Information Technology, or a related field

Strong understanding of networking fundamentals and IT infrastructure

Familiarity with Microsoft Active Directory and Microsoft operating systems

Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and security best practices

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage priorities effectively

Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines

Proactive mindset with a strong work ethic and customer-focused approach

Desirable (Not Essential)

Previous experience in IT support, cybersecurity, or systems administration

Certifications such as CompTIA Security+ or Network+

Exposure to SOC environments, security monitoring, or penetration testing

Experience in a client-facing technical role

Understanding of endpoint security, vulnerability management, or threat detection tools
