Recruitment Consultant – London (Finance & Tech Markets, Hybrid Available)

Salary: £27,000 – £42,000 base + uncapped commission

Location: Central London

We are seeking a driven and ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join a fast-paced, high-performing team specialising in the Finance and Technology sectors. This is an exciting opportunity to build a successful career in one of the most dynamic and rewarding industries in London.

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle across finance and tech roles, partnering with leading clients and high-calibre candidates. You will act as a trusted advisor, helping businesses secure top talent while supporting candidates in advancing their careers.

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for finance and tech vacancies
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients across both sectors
• Manage live job briefs and deliver high-quality shortlists under tight deadlines
• Negotiate offers and manage the hiring process through to placement
• Develop new business opportunities through networking, outreach, and cold calling
• Consistently meet and exceed weekly/monthly KPIs and revenue targets

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly motivated, competitive, and target-driven mindset
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Strong organisation and ability to manage multiple live roles
• Recruitment or sales experience is beneficial but not essential

• Uncapped commission with realistic six-figure earning potential
