SAP Customer Cloud Specialists

We are seeking an experienced SAP Customer Cloud (SAP CX) specialists to join our Ticket team and support SAP ticket solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in one or more SAP CX components such as SAP Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Commerce Cloud, or Customer Data Cloud.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and configure SAP Customer Cloud solutions based on business requirements.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business needs for customer engagement processes.

  • Customize and integrate SAP CX modules with SAP and non-SAP systems (eg, S/4HANA, CRM, ERP, third-party tools).

  • Provide support for system enhancements, upgrades, and new feature rollouts.

  • Conduct user training and prepare system documentation.

  • Monitor system performance and resolve issues related to configuration, workflows, and data flows.

  • Ensure best practices in data security, GDPR compliance, and customer data management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

  • 4+ years of experience with SAP Customer Cloud or SAP CX solutions.

  • Experience with at least one SAP CX module: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc.

  • Knowledge of SAP integration tools (CPI, PI/PO) and APIs.

  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

  • SAP CX Certification (preferred).
