Salary
c. £40K with OTE of £70k+
This position is offered initially on a 6-month fixed-term contract (with full benefits).

Role Overview
This is a new role and the first of two hires we are planning. It will focus on securing new customers and generating profitable revenue from our target markets, which include:
- SMEs with 50+ employees in and around Cambridgeshire
- B Corp companies UK-wide with 50+ employees
- Travel companies UK-wide with 150+ employees
- Local government (East of England).
Role Responsibilities
- Responsible for outside sales, finding and identifying potential customers and visiting them at their premises to present and sell our MSP services
- Hunting and identifying companies to target within our target markets
- Nurture target accounts through to successful sales closure
- Create sales packs, presentations and other collateral from time to time
- Work closely with marketing to build sales campaigns
- Attend trade shows and events aligned to our target markets
- Update CRM to record all sales activities
- Achieve and exceed sales targets with an uncapped commission structure
- Attend and sometimes chair weekly sales meeting
- Over time, take on the responsibility of managing an internal sales representative to support continued growth
Role Requirements
- Shared passion for IT Naturally's values, putting people and the planet first,
- Mobile, willing, and able to frequently attend potential customer sites
- Proven success in B2B outside sales, ideally in IT services or related fields (candidates will be expected to provide evidence of this during the selection process)
- Ambitious self-starter that brings innovative ideas to generate sales and can work both autonomously and as part of a team
- Ability to generate sales leads and initial appointments, with current support available and plans to hire an inside sales representative within 3 to 6 months
- A solid grasp of workplace computing, cybersecurity, networking, hosting, and service management to support meaningful discussions with customers about their challenges and the advantages associated with moving to our service
- Strong understanding of consultative selling and value-based pricing
- Attention to detail
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
- Proficient in the principles and use of CRM systems
Interview Process
The selection process consists of three stages:
- Psychometric Assessment – to help us understand your strengths and working style.
- Initial Video Interview – a chance to discuss your experience and motivations.
- Final Face-to-Face Interview – a formal and in-depth interview with the hiring team.
