Overview

An established international organisation operating in highly regulated, technology-driven markets is seeking an experienced SAP MM/PP Business Analyst to support and enhance its SAP ECC and S/4HANA environments.

This is a hands-on functional role focused on analysing complex business requirements, delivering SAP configuration, supporting transformation initiatives, and driving continuous improvement across manufacturing and supply chain operations.

You will play a key role in translating business requirements into scalable SAP solutions while ensuring operational efficiency and best practice alignment.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse complex business problems and deliver SAP-based solutions (ECC and S/4HANA)

• Lead configuration and functional design within MM and PP modules

• Translate user requirements into system configuration, enhancements and modifications

• Support integration testing, unit testing and user acceptance testing

• Design and execute test plans and document results

• Work closely with business stakeholders across multiple departments

• Provide production support and resolve functional issues

• Redesign business processes in line with SAP best practice

• Define functional specifications for reports, forms and interfaces

• Coordinate and deliver end-user training where required

• Contribute to SAP upgrades, enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives

• Support helpdesk processes and maintain knowledge base documentation

• Participate in IT governance, standards and system improvement initiatives

Required Experience

• Significant hands-on SAP MM/PP configuration experience

• Strong understanding of manufacturing, supply chain and production processes

• Experience working across full project life cycles and production support environments

• Proven ability to design, configure and implement SAP solutions at the project level

• Strong testing experience (unit, integration, UAT)

• Ability to translate technical concepts into business language

• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple workstreams with minimal supervision
