SuccessFactors Consultant - North West England
My client, a UK Manufacturer, is looking for a SuccessFactors Consultant to manage their SuccessFactors Division. In this Lead Consultant role, you will be responsible for the daily operations of SuccessFactors, drawing on strong experience in Core HR and Payroll, which includes Employee Central, Payroll, and Time Management, along with Talent Management for Performance Management and Goals. The client operates throughout Europe, and while you will have assistance from partner resources, you will fully own the daily operations, working locally in the UK and collaborating with the larger European team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the management and enhancement of our HR Information System (SAP SuccessFactors), which involves interfaces, workflows, reports, user training, and technical support.
- Serve as the technical leader for all automated HR processes, including performance management and salary reviews.
- Act as a technical intermediary between HR, IT, and Payroll.
- Oversee projects aimed at improving and simplifying HR processes and tools.
- Plan and implement the technical components of HR information systems.
- Drive and supervise all HRIS-related initiatives, ensuring timely delivery while closely collaborating with our support partner and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to internal change control regulations.
- Manage the collection of data and conversion into management information.
- Uphold and ensure data security across all HR systems while using HRIS to comply with ESG data requirements.
- Identify and reduce data risks, escalating issues when necessary.
- Create and uphold financial and HR forecasts, reports, and resource tracking.
- Provide strategic reports and dashboards to track workforce trends and concerns.
- Keep abreast of technological developments and formulate HR technology strategies, policies, and procedures.
Technical/Skills Required:
- Ability to convert functional requirements/demands into technical capabilities and vice versa.
- Competence in gathering and analysing data to support HR programs, procedures, and ESG requirements.
- Extensive expertise with SAP SuccessFactors and maintaining connections with other key applications/payroll.
- Capability to design simple dashboards and produce HR metrics and analytical reports.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders through effective communication.
- Demonstrated project management abilities and adherence to the HR events cycle.
