Application Support Manager

Application support manager required by a thriving financial services software company.

You'll be working in an Agile environment on a bespoke fund management platform which is used by a growing customer base globally. We are seeking a hands-on Application support manager who is also able to manage and lead the current team, so you will need prior experience as a lead or a hands-on manager to be considered. Financial application experience working within Hedge Fund / Asset Management Operations or a similar setup is required - for example, middle office or back office systems - as you will have a regular involvement with their client base.

We are looking for an Application support manager with the following skillset:

  • Experience working within the Hedge Fund / Asset Management or similar domain
  • Knowledge of middle office or back office financial systems is desired
  • Someone who can lead and also be hands-on
  • Good experience working with clients, including onboarding
  • Enthusiastic and positive attitude

This would be a great chance to join a small team who have a strong product, whilst also assuming a position of responsibility.

This Application support manager role offers a salary of £70,000, plus bonus & benefits. They work to a hybrid arrangement with Monday – Wednesday in the office and Thurs & Friday WFH.
