What you'll be doing:

  • Acting as the escalation point for complex technical queries from 1st line
  • Providing remote and occasional on-site support to a diverse client base
  • Managing and troubleshooting Windows, Microsoft 365, Azure, networking, and hardware issues
  • Working with senior engineers on project rollouts and migrations

What we’re looking for:

  • Solid experience in a 2nd line support role, ideally within an MSP environment
  • Comfortable juggling tickets, tasks, and the occasional curveball
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft ecosystems, networking fundamentals, and troubleshooting skills
