What you'll be doing:
- Acting as the escalation point for complex technical queries from 1st line
- Providing remote and occasional on-site support to a diverse client base
- Managing and troubleshooting Windows, Microsoft 365, Azure, networking, and hardware issues
- Working with senior engineers on project rollouts and migrations
- Keeping documentation sharp and clear, because future-you will thank you for it
What we’re looking for:
- Solid experience in a 2nd line support role, ideally within an MSP environment
- Comfortable juggling tickets, tasks, and the occasional curveball
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft ecosystems, networking fundamentals, and troubleshooting skills
