Field Service Engineer

What You’ll Be Doing

• On-site support, maintenance, and troubleshooting of networking equipment (routers, switches, firewalls, Wi-Fi).

• Installation, configuration, and break/fix across IT systems, servers, end-user devices, and cloud-connected environments.

• Support and maintenance of telecoms, cabling and VoIP systems.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong background in field engineering across networking, telecoms or IT.

• Confident with diagnostics, fault-finding, and hands-on hardware work.

• Experience with technologies such as:

• VoIP / SIP systems, general telecomms.

• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across Swindon + SW region.

• Someone proactive, organised, and comfortable working independently.
