Junior IT Support Engineer

Are you a recent IT graduate or college leaver looking to launch your career in tech? Our Northampton-based Managed Service Provider (MSP) is seeking a motivated Junior IT Support Engineer to join our dynamic support team.

The Role

You’ll provide 1st and 2nd line support across a varied client base, working in Microsoft Azure and Office 365 environments. From resolving user issues to configuring cloud services, you’ll gain hands-on experience with real-world systems and build a strong technical foundation.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting multiple businesses remotely and on-site

• Troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues

• Managing user accounts and permissions in Azure AD and Office 365

• Escalating complex problems to senior engineers

• Documenting fixes and contributing to internal knowledge sharing
