What You’ll Learn & Do Over the course of 12 months, you’ll be trained by seasoned consultants and gain exposure to the full recruitment lifecycle. Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting market research to identify high-potential candidates and emerging tech trends
• Building and maintaining candidate databases with accurate, up-to-date information
• Supporting outreach campaigns via LinkedIn, email, and other platforms
• Learning how to assess CVs and match candidates to technical job specifications
• Assisting with interview coordination and candidate communications
• Receiving structured training in recruitment tools, sourcing techniques, and professional communication
