About the Role
I’m hiring a Remote Researcher based outside the UK to support a specialist technology recruitment consultancy. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys deep online research, analysing new markets, and identifying high-quality candidates across global tech sectors.
You’ll work directly with me — no layers, no bureaucracy — and your research will shape which markets we enter and which candidates we engage.
What You’ll Do
- Research international technology markets, emerging niches, and high-growth sectors
- Identify direct-hire employers (no recruitment agencies) in the UK, Europe, and beyond
- Build targeted lists of developers, engineers, architects, quant specialists, and other technical talent
- Investigate company structures, hiring patterns, and decision-makers
- Compile clean, accurate data into spreadsheets and trackers
- Support outreach campaigns with verified, actionable intelligence
- Monitor global trends in tech, fintech, trading, defence, MSPs, and other specialist verticals
