Our international MSP is expanding, and we’re searching for a highly mobile 3rd Line Specialist who loves variety, autonomy, and solving the problems others can’t. This role is built for someone who wants to be out in the field—on client sites, leading deployments, stabilising environments, and delivering high-value technical work across borders.

The role

• Own complex escalations across Microsoft cloud and on-prem technologies.

• Deliver hands-on project work: migrations, rollouts, infrastructure upgrades, cloud enablement, and security uplift.

• Travel frequently to client sites—sometimes at short notice—to provide expert support and technical leadership.

• Work closely with architects and service managers to ensure seamless delivery across multiple regions.

• Bring stability, clarity, and confidence to clients operating in demanding, high-availability environments.

You are

• A seasoned 3rd line engineer with strong Microsoft stack experience.

• Comfortable working independently in unfamiliar environments.

• Confident with project delivery, stakeholder management, and technical ownership.

• Fully mobile, passport-ready, and excited by international work.

• Someone who thrives in a dynamic, multi-client MSP setting.
