What you'll bring:

• Proven experience in IT support and system administration within a technical or engineering environment

• Strong knowledge of software licensing models (Microsoft, Adobe, Oracle, CAD applications, etc.)

• Experience with system monitoring tools and techniques

• Familiarity with Windows and Linux server operating systems and patch management tools

• Experience managing hybrid environments (on-premise and cloud)

• Scripting abilities in PowerShell, Bash, or similar tools for automation

• Azure Architect experience - able to design, support, and optimise cloud solutions
