We’re working with one of the world’s most recognisable global tech brands to find a German-speaking Growth Marketing Manager to cover a key maternity leave. This is a rare opportunity to take on a role that’s both strategic and hands-on, with a sharp focus on driving customer engagement and growth across the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) and the UK.

You’ll own and execute multi-channel engagement lifecycle programmes across email, in-app, push, and digital channels for non-US markets, with the DACH region as your primary focus.

Working closely with marketing, product, analytics, and creative teams, you’ll help deliver rebranding initiatives, full-funnel campaigns, and measurable growth.

• Lead end-to-end campaign planning, execution, testing, optimisation, and reporting.
• Build and localise creative assets for the German market, ensuring cultural and linguistic nuance.
• Collaborate with UK & DE marketing teams, product marketing, and integrated marketing to deliver high-impact campaigns.
• Analyse campaign performance, generate insights, and recommend actionable improvements.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and performance reporting.
• Run A/B testing to enhance engagement and conversion across the customer journey.

• Fluent German & English – essential for the DACH market focus.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in CRM or digital campaign management.
• Strong analytical mindset – confident interpreting data to drive decisions.
• Background in financial services, FinTech, or credit markets (preferred).
• Track record in delivering multi-channel lifecycle programmes.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile, and high-growth environment.

• Contract: 6–12 months (Inside IR35)
• Location: Remote with occasional days on site in London
• Hours: 40 per week
