Junior ICT Technician

Junior ICT Technician – 6 Month Contract

My client is seeking a Junior ICT Technician to support the day to day running of ICT systems. This role will assist the Network Manager in maintaining and developing ICT services.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with maintaining networks, systems, and computer equipment

• Provide hardware and software support

• Support user account administration and diagnose technical issues

• Install software, carry out basic repairs, and manage ICT assets

• Monitor systems including antivirus and e safety tools

• Assist with website updates and digital content where required

• Maintain documentation and uphold GDPR and e safety standards

Ideal Candidate

• Basic experience or strong interest in ICT support

• MS knowledge, 365 etc

• Good troubleshooting and communication skills

• Ability to support users both remotely and on site
