Project Manager CRM / Salesforce
1-Year Fixed Term Contract | Milton Keynes (Hybrid)
Must be based locally in Milton Keynes and able to visit London partners regularly.
Role Overview
Lead the delivery of a multi-phase Salesforce programme, owning governance, delivery, and user adoption across Phase 1 and 2. You’ll work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and external partners to ensure a high-quality, scalable CRM rollout.
Key Responsibilities
- Own Salesforce project planning, scope, timelines, budgets and RAID.
- Lead Agile delivery, coordinating cross-functional teams and ceremonies.
- Oversee platform configuration, environments, security and releases.
- Define standards for data quality, integrations and governance.
- Deliver end-to-end rollout of Lead and Sales Management processes.
- Manage UAT, change adoption and stakeholder communications.
- Ensure strong partner management with clear SOWs and acceptance criteria.
- Maintain reporting, dashboards and launch readiness.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Proven delivery of complex Salesforce CRM projects.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce CRM, Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud and Lead Management.
- Excellent governance discipline (planning, RAID, budgeting, reporting).
- Confident stakeholder manager, able to influence at all levels.
- Comfortable working in Agile or hybrid environments.
- Strong business analysis skills with the ability to manage ambiguity.
